Kathy Bazoian Phelps is an author, lawyer, mediator and speaker. She has lectured widely and written on fraud-related matters, with a focus on Ponzi schemes and the psychology of both the fraudster and victim, in addition to a wide variety of topics relating to bankruptcy and receivership topics. Her book entitled The Ponzi Book: A Legal Resource for Unraveling Ponzi Schemes, co-authored with Hon. Steven Rhodes, has garnered national and international attention as the authoritative work on Ponzi scheme law.
